Q5: Can you ship goods directly to my private residential address instead of a business warehouse?
A: Yes. We can arrange delivery to residential address. Residential surcharge, remote area fee may apply, which will be quoted by our freight forwarder in advance. DDP shipping is highly recommended for home delivery to handle import duty and customs clearance.
Q7: What shipping options are available? Sea freight, air freight or railway?
A: For heavy welding tables, sea freight is the most cost-effective choice. We also support China-Europe railway transport. Air freight is only suggested for small-volume spare jigs and pins, not for heavy tabletops due to high airfreight cost.
Q8: What import documents can you provide for customs clearance?
A: Commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, fumigation certificate, material test certificate, Measurement Protocol inspection report, CE technical documents. We do not provide local import tax payment receipts under FOB / EXW terms.
Q9: Do you support OEM / private label service?
A: Yes. Custom metal nameplate with your brand logo is available for bulk and single-set orders. We can remove our original brand marks upon request.
Q10: How do you handle quality inspection before shipment? Can I arrange third-party inspection?
A: Every welding table goes through in-house full-item inspection before delivery with Measurement Protocol report. Third-party inspection (SGS, Intertek etc.) is welcome; inspection cost is borne by the buyer.
Q11: How about spare-parts re-order after receiving goods?
A: All jigs, locking pins, support legs and wearing parts can be reordered separately. No need to purchase the whole complete set. We keep component drawings for long-term spare-part supply.
