Workflow Process
- Leveling of countertop: Adjust the foot cup to horizontal (accuracy 0.1mm/m)
- Fixture layout: According to the shape of the workpiece, use positioning pins and angle irons to set the reference, and quickly clamp with clamps
- Welding operation: The workpiece is firmly fixed without displacement, and the welding deformation is controllable
- Disassembly and replacement: Release the fixture and remove the workpiece; Within 5 minutes, rearrange the fixture and adapt it to the new workpiece
