Optimized for heavy-plate welding, chassis fabrication and robotic-welding stations, it adopts Φ28 mm H7 holes on a 100 mm five-sided hole grid to realize reliable 3-dimensional clamping.
Processed by stress-relief aging, five-side CNC milling and plasma nitriding, the table retains high flatness with strong wear- and spatter-resistant properties. It supports multi-table splicing for extra-large workpieces, allowing you to replace costly custom jigs and accelerate workpiece setup.

Yes. Multi-table splicing with splicing keys supports oversized workpieces from 1000×800 mm up to 4000×2000 mm and beyond. Do not place heavy load over the splicing joints.
Can I use this table for robot welding cell?
Yes. Please select 0-grade flatness specification. We can provide inspection report including flatness, hole-pitch and perpendicularity data for robot-station acceptance.
What maintenance work is required?
Keep holes clean from welding slag with copper scraper. Lubricate lock pins and movable angle parts periodically. Never strike, grind or strike-arc directly on the nitrided tabletop surface.
What sizes are in stock or customizable?
Standard dimensions range from 1000×800 mm to 4000×2000 mm. Custom sizes, table height and special surface hardness are acceptable.
What is the lead time for a standard D28 welding table?
Standard-size tables are usually 15-30 days after deposit. Customized configurations may take 30-45 days. Shipping time varies by destination and your chosen incoterm.
